The School of Health Science and Wellness at Northwest Missouri State University offers a Master of Science in Applied Health and Sports Science dedicated to the development of future leaders in a variety of health, wellness, and physical activity and sports settings. The Bureau of Labor Statistics projected a 16% growth for all healthcare professions between 2020 and 2030. This program is a 30-36 credit hour program and can be completed as early as 12 months.

Through this program, students will gain knowledge in critical areas of health and sport science, including the physical, psychological, and environmental aspects of human performance. The courses and requirements in the program will allow students the opportunity to expand their knowledge, skills and competencies.
